2. Products and Services
Lux Tea Party Catering offers luxury tea products including teas, gifts, tea sets, and tableware, as well as catering services for tea parties and special events. We make every effort to display products and descriptions accurately. However, colors, packaging, and presentation may vary slightly from what appears on the website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase for online products unless otherwise stated. For catering services, a deposit may be required to secure the event date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Catering Services
Our catering services include menu preparation, tea service, event setup, décor, and cleanup as agreed upon during booking.
Booking
A confirmed booking requires a signed agreement and deposit.
Final Guest Count
Clients must provide a final guest count by the deadline stated in the event agreement.
Setup and Cleanup
We will arrive at the scheduled time to prepare and decorate the event space. Cleanup will be completed after the event as agreed.
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows catering services and access for setup and breakdown.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Online Orders
Refunds or exchanges for products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.
Catering Services
Deposits for catering events may be non-refundable once the event is booked. Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be outlined in the event agreement.
Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to partial or full charges due to preparation costs.
6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, our products and catering items may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Customers with severe allergies should notify us in advance. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Lux Tea Party Catering and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
