All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxteapartycatering@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
